"We checked in 7/30/26 around 2:00ish. The young lady behind the counter was everything a person in the service business shouldn't be. What they should be is friendly, attentive and helpful. She was there the next morning around 9:00am when we came down for breakfast. Unfortunately her behavior the day before wasn't an exception. this time she bordered on the edge of downright rude when I asked for extra pillows and towels. "I had never heard of this casino/hotel. I was blown away by the staff (everyone at the front desk were so helpful!!) the amenities (though I didn't use the casino), the cleanliness of my room, really everything! I was going to Beak & Skiffs venue for a concert. A little far away for that venue but some guests helped me with directions. I will definitely return!!"
