"I was really disappointed with my stay. For the entire five days we were there, the TV didn’t work due to an issue the provider “couldn’t fix,” which meant there was absolutely no in‑room entertainment. For a newer hotel, that was surprising and frustrating. The “continental breakfast” was also extremely underwhelming; just apples, oranges, coffee, and muffins. No variety, no protein, nothing warm. The complaints we had were the mattress was very uncomfortable and the the Wi-Fi did not work in the room as well as the TV station broadcasts which went in and out (possibly due to storms) Did not appreciate seeing an adult TV choice as an option in a gamily hotel. No complementary hot water for tea or coffee, only water in the lobby. Not much of a snack bar. Very close to the college campus, which was nice. Ask for a...

"I was there 15 mins before check in and still couldn’t get a room for 45 minutes. The room was sufficient but the small fridge was dead warm and not working. The AC however worked almost too good for the small size of the room…hardly ever set the AC to auto but had to here."

"Broken toilet seat, run down physical state not properly maintained. Breakfast bar ran out of coffee cups. Overall poorly managed propery"

"The place is very inexpensive so you get what you pay for. The breakfast was very basic. The sink in the bathroom had a crack in it. This place does have a free Tesla EV charger so all in all this is a great place to stop in overnight on a trip."

"I spend about 150 nights a year in hotel rooms. Far from the worst I've ever stayed in but a far cry from the 8.8 customer review rating. Property was tired and our room, #108, was even more so. Stains in the bathroom, the carpet was damp, and it looked like somebody spilled a coffee in the heating / air unit, which clearly did not get cleaned up. Common spaces marginally better."

"I liked the location and price. What I didn't like is no free continental breakfast. If you wanted breakfast, there was a buffet for $14.95 PP. Also the TV channels on the guide didn't match the actual channels offered but were better than what Comfort Inn offers."
