"Excellent customer service. We arrived early but our room was ready. The villa was clean and very impressive. Very comfortable and large beds. Great shower water pressure. The indoor pool was clean and just warm enough. The sauna was also clean and heated very well. It was very quiet at night, so easy to sleep and the place was generally well maintained. "My friend and I were staying for an event, and chose a room with two single beds were "upgraded" to a double bed and single bunk bed, we were unable to have the room we booked. The bunk bed was hard and whilst the bottom sheet was on, it was not clean and I had to dust it off and make it myself. Very cramped, a bit of a rabbit warren inside, and a shared bathroom with 5 other rooms. Certainly overpriced.
