"New apartment building with high tech entry keypad. Centralize location close to downtown and Chinatown. The area has a few other new apartment buildings and appears to be transforming into a trendy neighborhood in a few years. I enjoyed the apartment layout with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It provided a lot of privacy. New appliances and great water pressure. Minor drawback is street parking. "Great spot in the West Loop which was very conveniently close to my workplace and the restaurants and bars in the West Loop, while also being sufficiently far away from the noisy areas.Will definitely be back any time I have a business trip to Chicago."

"This was one of our favorite places we have ever stayed! It was clean, decorated beautifully, had comfortable beds, a refrigerator with an ice maker and filtered water, washer and dryer that worked great, a cool backyard with hammocks, and even little things like coffee creamer, toothpaste, and mouthwash in case you forgot yours. We stayed in three different rental places on our trip and this was by far our favorite! What a beautiful home! "

"It's hard get all this for this price. It's not that quiet like other reviews said unless you get up early in the morning. Heating works perfect, it is a bit warmer on the top floor and cooler in the kitchen but nothing to worry about. Parking on the front, walking distance to the grocery stores. 5 stars from me and will come back again."
