The complex consists of 2 separate groups of houses connected by a driveable road. A popular meeting point for all guests is the sports and entertainment area (approximately 250 m to 850 m away), where all the sports and leisure facilities of the complex are located.

The apartments with 2 bedrooms are located in the first and second group.

The 3-room apartment for 4/6 people, on the ground floor or first floor, 55 square meters, terrace 25/30 sqm consisting of: kitchen - living room with sofa bed (2 people), bedroom with double bed, bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower, terrace.

The residence is located on a hill covered with olive trees and is surrounded by Mediterranean landscape. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking on the property.
