"We loved the cabin. It was was very clean. The weather didn't cooperate with us so the back was very nice to sit and relax on. We enjoyed the hot tub as well. Would definitely stay again."

"I was truly humbled with how beautiful this home is as it has a lot of history, it sit’s close to the river and it’s just breathtaking. The history of the town is amazing and the owners have a lot to add, exceptional service! We appreciate the stay and will be back sometime."

"Conveniently located to all of our plans for week plus found some great local restaurants, winery and distillery. Quiet wooded neighborhood. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch after our days activities to enjoy the night air. The home is comfortable and inviting inside as well. "

"This little cabin is absolutely amazing, it stayed cool inside despite it being almost 100 outside, the view was absolutely amazing and the hosts were very friendly and attentive, the space was very cozy and inviting, and the surrounding area was very beautiful, we loved the quaint and relaxing atmosphere, the pond and firepit were very nice and the whole experience was absolutely out of this world, we will definitely be returning in the fall, over all I will give this place a 10/10 on...

"We fell in love with the space from the moment we drove in. It is everything we want for ourselves someday. Donnie was friendly, helpful, and generous. The creek was really high the first 2 days we were there; the area got a lot of rain just a couple of days before we arrived. And although the days were hot, the evenings were cool and amazing. There were cool mushrooms on site, mallard ducks and damselflies that visited us, and another elusive visitor at night. Watching him and his family...

"I decided to stay here as a gift to myself for Mother’s Day weekend with my dog.We had a great time!So easy to check in,close to stores such as groceries etc,and the nature trail I wanted to take my pet to was 10 minutes away.I would just say be aware of staying here in the warmer months.I had a few bug friends when I got in the hot tub but they didn’t bother me.I will definitely be coming back!"

"This house was a real charmer . It was the perfect place for my husband and I to stay in while we visited my family for a week. We could be happier with our selection . The description of Grandma’s house was perfect, it felt like family . We loved it . "

"This place is amazing, falling asleep listening to the running water and wild turkeys is the best. The shower is great never runs out of hot water. This is by far the best place to stay if you love nature. The host is great and easy to get a hold of. We just booked for a week in September. Just love it."

"...and then some. My family and I had such a memorable stay. Every inch of the home was packed with the sights, sounds and smells of our childhood. The house is cozy, comfortable and immaculate. One note: there is only one ac unit but plenty of fans were provided. Melanie is a very gracious host and accessible. The location was perfect for our weekend activities but honestly the best times were spent in the house, taking it all in and hours on chatting on the porch. We will definitely return!"

"Nicely furnished. Temperature was a little cool for us, but had the fireplace which helped. We spent most of our time in Pittsburgh but enjoyed Tanger Outlet and easy access to lots of dining and shopping opportunities. Host was very responsive and had no issues with the facilities. Our last night it was a little noisy, but not a problem. Overall we had a good experience. "

"The house was beautiful! It was in a great location right on the river. The pool was great, very clean. We had one issue with the water not getting hot in the upstairs bathroom. Terry did send someone the same day, but it still didn’t get hot after he left. But the shower downstairs worked very well, so we all used that one. Overall it was a great stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone! Especially if you have a boat for the river."
