"This little place is worth the 20 min. drive you'll make to grocery stores. A gathering of three homes around a green space. A home so comfortable it feels like you're visiting your grandma or some other dear relative. Super-easy access, friendly and helpful host. We had no trouble with wifi; couldn't make phone calls but could still text. A great fire pit. The only possible downside for some could be that the home is located in the bend of the gravel road, but the road is only for the three...

"Came down for the long weekend for a wedding and to visit family. Wonderful location for us near family and not far from town. Great amenities. Loved having a fenced in yard for our dog. The temps were in the 80s so the ACs did a wonderful job keeping it cool. Loved the use of the google devices. Overall wonderful place to stay would stay again definitely way more comfortable than any hotel."

"Very relaxing cabin right on Buffalo River. Very clean and decorated nicely. Close to grocery. Host was very responsive and helpful. Cabin had everything we needed to enjoy our long weekend. We grilled out on the large back deck overlooking the river and the bed was so comfortable. Two sofas in the living room allowed for us to lounge and watch tv and read. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice quiet place to stay"

"Great place to get away! We came to celebrate my daughter and a friend’s daughter’s college graduation. The cabin was exactly what we were looking for. Away from the city but only a 30 minute drive into Nashville. Comfortable beds and peaceful!"

"It's remote--25 min from downtown Franklin-- but accessible. Def go to the red Byrd coffee place in Leipers Fork. Fireplace is not reliable. But the house is great for 2-3 couples plus up to 6 kids, or more. The kids loved the yard. Lots of games available. Good kitchen."

"Glad we decided to stay here when dropping my sim off at his new apartment. The sunset was beautiful through the oaks. The entrance area a well manicured and lit at night, stunning. The space is clean and comfortable. The hot water is hot and the bed comfortable. Be ready to climb stairs. They aren’t steep but there is quite a few…what would you expect from a penthouse? "We came to Nashville for the Great Junk Hunt. There were 5 of us and we were all very impressed with the cabin! Check-in and check-out was a breeze. The check-out process was the easiest of all the places I’ve stayed. Definitely would stay again and would recommend it to friends and family looking for a place to stay in that area."

"Located about 20 minutes outside Franklin, TN. The perfect location to enjoy some peace & quiet. Everything was excellent. The rental listing was spot on! Plenty of room for families, very well decorated, and includes everything you can think of. Well stocked kitchen, extra linens, even toiletries. We will be back and staying longer."

"The house was incredibly nice! The pictures dont do it justice. Location is secluded and relaxing, with the porch rocking chairs making it very easy to sit back and enjoy outside. Anything you needed was there and easily accessible. Even the things the owners can't control were awesome! Had multiple deer outside, a bear sighting down the road, turkeys surveying the fence line. If we come back to TN we will definitely be staying here again!"
