"The property was well maintained.Change and the beds comfortable and clean. Wide selection of options for breakfast. The only issue was we were in a handicapped room and had trouble getting out. Apparently was due to an unusual type of security lock that was broken.The lock was too high up for someone in a wheelchair, and there were no instructions on how to open it. Staff responded immediately and made notes to report back to management and have maintenance take care of it. Customer service was...
"I appreciated the room because it had no carpet (laminate or whatever it was is much cleaner and is definitely my preference) and because it had a wonderful king size bed. Also, the walk in shower was great for my husband who is currently on a cane, although a grab bar in the shower would have been a wonderful safety feature."
