"This was a working trip. Overall, the facility provided value for money. Clean room for our 7 night stay…nice tile floor had been vacuumed/swept, but not mopped. Hence, our socks got very dirty beginning on the first day of our stay. Cooked our own food in the kitchenette every day. Loved the full size refrigerator. Would have preferred a proper desk chair at the desk and not the straight back chair - it was not comfortable. Did not have time to use the laundry facility or the gym, so cannot...

"We were on the ground floor and had a spider, a cricket and some other bug on the floor. Bed was comfortable and room was clean but not as nice in person as it looked online. We were attending a conference and were only there to sleep and shower. I wouldn't want to hang around there"

"This was by far the WORST HOTEL I EVER STAYED AT!!!! BED BUGS, dirty bathroom, smell of weed and cigarette smoke, HAIR IN THE SHEETS, people were clearly living there, bathtub was wet as if someone had just used it. We walked in and left within 5 minutes. The guy at the front desk told us... "yea, I don't blame you." Expedia should take this property off their listing. You couldn't pay me to stay there. Worst part is they offered a refund then turned around and said the room was not refundable....

"The accommodations were ok for a one night stay to attend a graduation. Room smelled like cigarette smoke and other guests were disruptive and loud throughout the night."

"The attention and the terrible cleaning, the first time I stay in a hotel where I ask for cleaning service and they give me the broom and the dustpan to do it myself, it lasted a week and they didn't even give me toilet paper I had to pick up the dirty towels and take them myself to the laundry, it lasted a week and they never laid me or changed the sheet everything I had to do it myself and the food was terrible"

"This place is not a hotel. It is apartments. We stayed 8 days and we got two towels. Had to pay for more. Not soap, shampoo, etc. zero amenities. Cigarette butts every where. Marijuna in the parking lot. Front and back doors don’t lock. Don’t walk away, RUN"

"Room had not been cleaned, dirty towels left on kitchen table, garbage in waste baskets . Toilet did not flush properly, ( they did have toilet plunger, thank goodness) smoke alarm was missing, exposed wires. Staff did come in to clean room, but did not warn about the toilet not flushing properly."
