"Paul was an excellent host! Upon arrival, Paul greeted us and gave us the run down of how to use some of the utilities and even pointed out how he tries to supply his guests with essentials. Our stay was absolutely wonderful and we were never bored! We played pool, used the hot tub, and even played air hockey! This is a great spot for couples looking to getaway from daily mundane life and just relax. "

"The Boulders is a gem on Little Squam. A great beach w/ kayaks and canoe and swim out dock as well as boat access if needed. The unit was great - updated w/ small kitchen area and loved the 2 enclosed decks overlooking the lake. We brought a paddleboard of our own (though there are some available on the beach) and had a great time exploring the lake shore. This place is perfect for a fun relaxing getaway to NH Lake country. "We had a great stay here over Thanksgiving weekend. The host was very helpful and communication was excellent. All four bedrooms upstairs were comfortable, I loved the soaking tub in the master bath. The mattresses are all memory foam, and my son loved sleeping in the bunk bed. The kitchen was well-equipped and there was plenty of space. The views of the lake and mountains from upstairs are awesome on a clear day.
