"Location is great. Air conditioning in the room is perfect. The halls were terribly hot. The evening check in staff members was miserable. It appeared that we were wasting his time. The 2nd floor hallways are in terrible condition. Wallpaper is coming off the walls and the door had a huge gap. The daytime front desk team members were wonderful and helpful. Laundry onsite was a plus. Fitness center is sub par."

"While the hotel rooms were clean, the noise was almost unbearable. We booked the hotel for one night so that my daughter could take an early morning test in Springfield. When we checked in, it was so loud from the bar/restaurant that I could barely even hear the desk clerk. Then we stayed on the 16th floor and there were loud voices and teenagers (or maybe adults) in the hallway until around 3am. "Online images show the renovated rooms, but upon arrival it was clear the actual building had rough edges. We were only in town a couple of nights, so I ignored my initial gut feeling. With further inspection I saw many other flaws including: cracks, chips, and possessions leftover from previous guests. "All was good except that the room above us decided to do a 5k in their room starting at 05:00 AM. This wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but was their fault was the condition of the floors. Beyond the stomping, the floors creaked! We arrived late at night needing sleep before a long day of driving. We got almost none because of the noise."
