"Asked for late checkout for next morning. I called front desk from room the night before. Spoke with front desk who confirmed we could have a 1 hour later checkout. Next morning, we had someone knocking on our door at exactly time of normal checkout, which we told them we had late checkout. We then had someone knock on our door 3 more times after that in which we told them exactly same thing. Very frustrating after continuously informing them of late checkout and then staff ignoring this and...

We ended up with an accessible room which I would assume is why it was so big-lots of space in the bedroom area and seemed like a huge bathroom for a hotel. The beds were kind of squeaky and I didn’t think super comfy, but didn’t sleep poorly or anything. Comfy, numerous pillows. "There was no coffee in the morning breakfast. The breakfast consisted of waffles and apples. Could not find apples. Was very disappointed. Had to go out and buy coffee and breakfast some where else. The bathrooms needed remodeling. Look old."
