Plan your getaway to Boardwalk Village and stay in this brand new, cozy, beautifully furnished lakefront cottage on Grand Lake St. Mary’s in Celina, OH! This 2 bedroom, 1 loft, 2 bath cottage boasts spectacular views of the lake AND pool. Boardwalk Village, an all-in-one experience alongside Greater Grand Lake, is a walking and biking paradise. We`re perfect for a unique and relaxed getaway that is still in close proximity to shopping, dining, and other entertainment options!

Welcome to Liv for Dayz! A beautiful, lakeside cottage that will feel like a home away from home! From modern to rustic details that look like they came from straight out of a magazine!

As you walk in from the welcoming covered porch, you are greeted with an airy, fully-furnished, open-concept living space that features a beautiful, well-equipped kitchen which has everything you need from making a fresh morning cup of coffee to a tasty home-cooked meal. The living room is the perfect spot to put your feet up and relax after a long day on the lake. You can flip on the Smart TV, sign in to your streaming account and catch up on your favorite shows or movies. We have also provided you with a variety of games that will keep you entertained even on those rainy afternoons! The sectional couch also pulls out into a queen sleeper. The main level also consists of a private bedroom with a queen bed as well as full bathroom.

Attached to the living room area is a door that leads you to a private, oversized, outdoor patio with a 5 person hot tub for you to enjoy all year round!

Head upstairs where you`ll find a spacious loft, perfect for entertaining and furnished with two queen pull out couches so everyone has a place to sleep! Upstairs is where you`ll also find the master bedroom with a queen bed and an attached full bathroom.

All of the bathrooms are stocked with fresh bath linens. You can also rest assured you`ll have a pleasant and relaxing night’s sleep on quality linens that are fully laundered between each guest, from sheets to blankets and coverlets.

A washer and dryer are also provided in your unit for your convenience.

Enjoy the many perks of staying at Boardwalk Village. Not only is there a refreshing, heated pool right next door at our other cottages, but there is a beautiful, over-sized pool just steps away from your front door that you are welcome to enjoy! You can even stop over at the community grilling area next to the pool to grill up your favorite meals...play a few rounds of cornhole while you`re at it!

In search of some outdoor recreational fun?! We can`t be on the lake without offering just that! Stop by Helton Lodge Rentals, right next door to Boardwalk Village, where you can rent a pontoon, Speedster boat, kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, golf carts and bicycles! They are your one-stop-shop to get you around Grand Lake without ever having to get in your car!

Just a few more steps and you`re at Boardwalk Grill! We highly recommend having dinner there at least once. You`ll get to experience fresh food, hand-crafted cocktails and live music...all lakeside!

Guests do not need to check in at an office or lobby. They will receive a personal door code that will activate at the time of check-in. Boardwalk Village guests will have access to both pools, grilling station, outdoor dining area, and green space. Free parking is also available for guests (parking pass(es) provided in each unit).

The easiest way to communicate is through the platform in which you booked through. Please use the messaging feature.

Celina (voted best hometown in Ohio!) is home to 10,000 residents and Ohio`s largest inland lake, Grand Lake St. Mary’s. You will be within minutes of several local restaurants and Celina’s downtown area, where the west edge of the lake contains a wide boardwalk, suitable for walking or bike riding while enjoying the lakeside view.

BEDS: This unit sleeps up to 10. On the main floor, there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room as well as the master bedroom, with a queen bed. There is 1 bedroom upstairs, with a queen bed along with an upstairs loft that has 2 queen sleeper sofas.

PARKING: This house comes with 2 parking passes that are provided inside the unit. If they are not left in the welcome basket upon check-out, you will be charged a fee of $75/each to replace. No additional parking passes will be given. If additional parking is needed, please contact the host. Parking at BOARDWALK GRILL is prohibited unless you are dining at the restaurant.

POOL: We will provide 10 wristbands in your unit for each guest to access the pool areas. If wristbands are not left in the welcome basket upon check-out, you will be charged a fee of $50/each to replace. We also provide a key fob that gains you access to the pool when open. You will be able to access both pools with this key fob. Pool access is for staying guests only.
*Pool Season: mid May-end of September (time frame may change depending on weather)*
*Please note that there is no lifeguard on duty. Guests use the pool at their own risk. We are not responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur in the pool area.*

HOT TUB: This unit has its own private hot tub on the outdoor patio for Liv For Dayz guests only. Our maintenance tech will be around the Village as he does regular visual and chemical checks on the hot tubs. You may see him during your stay, but he is just making sure everything is good to go.

PETS: This unit is NOT pet friendly. However, we do have select units that are pet friendly at Boardwalk Village – Pelican’s Perch, The Captain, 769 TH, 771 TH, Sandlot, Glistening Gem, and Sunny Shores.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: At Boardwalk Village, we pride ourselves not only on our superb service but the quality of our units as well. With that, a $250 security deposit will show as a pre-authorized/pending charge on your credit card prior to your check-in. This is to cover any broken, stolen, damaged and/or irreplaceable items, and smoking anywhere inside the unit. This pre-authorized/pending charge will fall off of your account if none of the above happen. If the cost of damages exceeds the $250 security deposit, the additional amount will be charged to the card on file.

CANCELLATION POLICY: The cancellation policy is a 100% refund up to 60 days before arrival, 50% refund up to 30 days before arrival, no refund within 30 days of check-in. This also applies to any reservation date changes. When booking through Airbnb, the cancellation policy is a 50% refund up to 30 days before arrival.

ADDITIONAL BOOKING INFO: You will only be charged 50% of your entire reservation amount upon booking (unless your check-in is within 30 days). The final 50% will be auto-charged 30 days prior to check-in.

BOAT RENTALS: Helton Lodge Boat Rentals is located right here at Boardwalk Village! Helton Lodge offers rentals for pontoon boats, kayaks, paddle boats, golf carts, bicycles and more!

BOAT DOCKS: Dock spaces are available for rent for $25 per each day of your reservation if you are bringing your own boat. If you are renting a boat from Helton Lodge, you do not need to rent a dock as one is already provided.

SUB SHACK: We`ve got two awesome Sub Shack locations! Boardwalk Marketplace - Our seasonal (May 1st-September 30th), weather-based spot serving subs, salads, apps & more. Shipyard Sports & Events Center - which is just 0.6 miles down the road from Boardwalk Village! Enjoy a full dining experience with subs, salads, apps, drinks & plenty of fun. The restaurant overlooks the Sports Fieldhouse, so you can kick back while the kids shoot hoops, play soccer, and more (when leagues and tournaments aren`t in session). Plus, take a swing in our indoor golf simulators!

FITNESS CENTER ACCESS FOB: An amazing fitness experience awaits you at Innergy Fitness, located inside Shipyard Sports and Event Center. By purchasing an access fob add-on at check-out, you`ll get 24/7 access to top of the line cardio + strength equipment, a dry + infrared sauna, and access to their innovative fitness classes! The cost of the access fob add-on is $5 per fob per night of your reservation, so you are able to access the Innergy Fitness facility throughout your entire reservation. If it is not left in the welcome basket upon check-out, you will be charged a fee of $75 to replace.

BLUE GOOSE SHUTTLE: Hop on the Blue Goose and let it shuttle you to all the local events, bars, restaurants, and shopping locations. The Blue Goose travels on its regular route throughout Celina on weekends from May 1st through September 30th. From October 1st through April 30th, you can call in advance to reserve the Blue Goose. Don’t worry about driving anywhere during your stay at Boardwalk Village!

COCONUT HUT: located in the Boardwalk Marketplace, is open and serving up island vibes, delicious food from the Sub Shack, and tropical drinks, 7 days a week from May 1st -September 30th! It`s a lively, laid-back, family-friendly atmosphere we`ve created for guests and locals alike - and we hope you`ll come check it out!

WEEKLY/MONTHLY OFF-SEASON DISCOUNTS: We offer a 15% weekly discount if you stay 7+ nights and a 30% monthly discount if you stay 30+ nights. These discounts are valid during our OFF-SEASON months only (October-April). The discount codes can be applied at the time of booking your reservation but are not valid if you are taking advantage of our extended stay program. We have the right to remove the discount code from your reservation if you are staying in a unit that is part of our extended stay program. The below details will show the validity period for each discount code:

Great time with friends!

This cottage was so adorable. Love the glittering sand walls and decor. Perfect getaway for our group of friends that had not seen one another in years. Quiet places and party places too! We absolutely loved it and will be back!

Family Thanksgiving gathering

Some travelled from Kalamazoo and others from Virginia to share family memories in the neatest little place ever!! Although the kitchen was not large - we managed to cook an entire meal for 8 with sides and desserts!! The hot tub was perfect for the chill in the November air! We are definitely coming back for summer!
