    Spacious, modern 3.5 room flat in as-new, very well maintained 5-family house in Engadine style in a central, sunny location on the edge of the village centre in the direction of Samedan. The groundwater is used for heating and hot water. The centre with Coop, Volg, bakery, café, restaurants, ice rink, curling, tennis courts are just a few minutes' walk away. The River Inn, the cross-country skiing centre and the entrance to the cross-country ski trail network are approx. 200m away. The bus stop with direct connections to St. Moritz Dorf/Bad/Coop, Samedan/Migros, Samedan, Celerina railway station and the ski areas of Celerina/Marguns/Corviglia, St. Moritz/Signalbahn/Corviglia and Surlej/Corvatsch is right next to the house. In winter, the free ski bus takes you directly from the garage entrance to the valley station of the Celerina/Marguns/Corviglia ski area in less than 10 minutes. The flat is on the 1st floor and furnished in the discreet Engadine pine style, is very bright and spacious with a marvellous view of the mountains. It offers a spacious entrance area with open wardrobe, open-plan living/dining room and balcony with table and chairs, semi-open kitchen with window, dishwasher, new Electrolux oven/steamer, Nespresso machine, ceramic hob and well-equipped with crockery and pans, a bathroom with bath/shower, WC, double washbasin and window, 2 bedrooms (one with double bed/single mattresses and direct access to the bathroom and one with two single beds that can be folded away separately), underground car park with direct access to the house and modern technology such as hi-speed Internet/WiFi with LAN connections on the router in the living room, flat screen., Internet radio with iPhone docking station. The above-mentioned facilities and technology are included in the rental price. The large playground in front of the house is available for communal use.

    Other sports and leisure facilities: The Inn and ideal fishing spots are in the immediate vicinity, tennis courts (summer) and an ice rink with curling (winter) are available in the centre of Celerina (approx. 0.5 km). The Olympic bobsleigh run and the toboggan run are located in the upper part of the village. The entrance to the cross-country ski trail network is approx. 200m away, the ski bus (free) takes you directly from the holiday flat to the Corviglia ski area and by public bus to the Corvatsch ski area, ski kindergarten and ski school. Muottas Muragl toboggan run: 4.2 km long, 20 bends, 718 metres in altitude.
    Mountain scooter: signposted downhill route for mountain scooters Marguns-Celerina. Hire incl. helmet directly at the Marguns mountain station. In St. Moritz Bad (just under 4km away) there is the Ovaverva with indoor pool, diving tower, sauna, spa, massage, as well as various water sports, ice rink, indoor riding arena and the Signalbahn. In St. Moritz Dorf (approx. 3km away) there is a shopping centre with many sports and clothing shops, especially in the upmarket segment, mountain railways and a cinema. In Pontresina (approx. 5 km away) there is an ice climbing park (winter), an indoor swimming pool with SPA area and sports and clothing shops. In Samedan (approx. 2.5 km away) there are various shopping facilities, smaller ski lifts in the valley and the Samedan mineral bath & SPA. In Silvaplana (approx. 9 km away) there is a water sports hotspot for kiting, surfing and stand-up paddling.

    In winter, 350 kilometres of the finest pistes in the Corviglia, Corvatsch, Lagalp, Diavolezza and family-friendly Zuoz ski areas invite you to enjoy true skiing and snowboarding fun. Cross-country skiers will find over 220 kilometres of groomed trails in the Upper Engadine and the side valleys. The winter hiking trails and cross-country ski trails on the frozen lakes of the Upper Engadine (approx. end of January to March) sparkle with light, sunshine and vastness in the midst of an inspiring mountain world. Those who want to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can hike along the 150 km of winter hiking trails in the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever, while those who prefer an overview can enjoy breathtaking views on the panoramic hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl.
    Families can enjoy the Engadin sunshine on a carriage ride into Val Roseg or Val Fex, or toboggan down into the valley on the 4.2 km long, winding Muottas Muragl toboggan run.
