"The staff at Best Western The Lagoon Manado were excellent. Sonya / David and their team made sure to give us the utmost attention and care beyond our expectations. They truely deserve a commendation. However, the hotel pool bar currently isn't operational (it would be nice if it was). Also, some of the windows on our room were not sound-proofed properly and as a result we were often awoken in the middle of the night by loud noises from the outside. Perhaps the windows could do a revamp."

"Initially the room given was a smoker room but lucky enough was changed to a non-smoker on the same night. Otherwise it's unbearable having to endure the smell of the smoke all night long. Staff were very friendly but that was the last night stay there where the room above was very noisy with lots of sounds from people above stomping or running around making so much noise close to 11:00 at night.
