"We stayed in 2/2026. The negatives that need some major attention: Inside the place: BLACK MOLD, & uncorrected water damage to the ceiling, & baseboards in multiple rooms. Paint is worn. Appliances rusted. Master shower doesn’t drain (fills up when you first turn on the shower & doesn’t drain for an hour). Guest shower door doesn’t close. Corners of rooms dirty/grimy. Hair on the bed sheets. Furniture in bedroom is dirty/stained, loose & about to fall apart. Bed slides all over the floor. Soap...

"This property is as advertised and much more. So much room and space to relax between the 2 floors. The pool table and sauna were a nice touch as was all of the appropriations in the kitchen and the bathrooms. The property was super clean and well stocked with everything you’d need whether staying for a short or long trip. The host Trayce was awesome with communication and recommendations. We will definitely stay here again."

Quisiera recomendarle que se repare la nevera porque el freezer no está congelando a capacidad y está botando mucha agua y esto puede ocasionar un accidente a cualquier persona. En adición, encontramos que los aires no enfriaban mucho, una de la luces del exterior no prendió, el abanico del 1er. cuarto no funcionaba y las puertas corredizas estaban sin seguro y así las dejamos. "As we pulled into the parking lot for the house, the front looked more modest than we expected. Be patient, because everything else was wonderful and met or exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was spacious, well stocked and in great condition. The bedrooms were roomy, clean and comfortable. The common areas are well taken care of and have great seating for large groups. "The house was nice but could use some TLC. One of the downstair rooms needs a new mattress, the benches in the living room are in need of repair, and both showers upstairs need new shower heads. Overall, it is a comfortable house close to the rainforest and the Luquillo beaches."
