Cefalú Begonie House, residence No. 51 of the complex, is located in Cefalù, in a panoramic position.
It is 100km from Palermo airport and 150km from Catania airport.
Divided into 4 levels, it has a living area with kitchen area, LCD TV, air conditioning in each room, two double bedrooms (Double Room) respectively a bedroom with sea and pool views and a bedroom with exclusive terrace, a real pearl of the residence and a Single room with pinewood view (Single Room), a sofa bed (Sofa Bed) and laundry space.
The apartment has three bathrooms, one service, one with shower and the third with shower and a glimpse of the "starry sky".
Two free parking lots are available, in the part below the complex on the SS113, and on the road that runs alongside the main entrance.
The spaces reserved by the hosts are entirely RESERVED and accessible to the guests who made the reservation, with the relative bathrooms on the floor where the room is located.

The strength of this structure is certainly the favorable position in which it is located, in fact, the beach of Cefalù is easily reachable on foot from the complex.
In just 10 minutes walking from the typical and original "stairways of Santa Lucia" it is easy to get to the splendid Cefalu beach.
On the opposite side of the SS113 and a few meters away there are two Oktoberfest and Baglio del Falco restaurants and the Calanica sports facilities.
Also in the area there is a Supermarket easily reachable on foot (400m), the prestigious and renowned GranCaffè Santa Lucia and a petrol station.
Finally, the presence of the Club Mediterranée located in front of the residence is of great tourist importance.
The structure is also connected to the urban line through the "CALANICA" stop located at the entrance of our structure.
