The apartment, located on the second floor of a building accessible only by stairs, opens onto the living area, furnished with a single sofa bed, a TV set, a dining table and a fully-equipped open kitchen. The sleeping area boasts a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a balcony overlooking the inner courtyard. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.
