"When I booked, nobody told me there would be a wedding at the hotel that day. Because of that, one of the pools was closed and we couldn’t enjoy all the facilities. I complained but nothing was done to make up for the inconvenience. Breakfast was great. The cleaning could’ve been better — the bathroom wasn’t fully cleaned. The place itself is super nice, but the lack of communication really hurt the experience."

"Beautiful location. Nothing nearby as far as restaurants go so a car is ideal. They have a shuttle few times a day that you pay one way for. There is a small pebble beach which is really gorgeous for a swim and snorkel right by the parking lot. Breakfast is nice, lots of choices. Coffee machine worked by the third day but was quite slow for the amount of people wanting coffee. So that was a little backed up every time. They had a few kettles with black coffee but only one espresso coffee...
