"Hi, I’d like to actually request a half refund considering the state of the home. There was no AC, in the middle of summer when temperatures outside reach the 90s meaning temperatures inside were in the 80sIt was incredibly uncomfortable, almost unbearable. "A beautiful mountain getaway! We had a wonderful time at The Perch. The cabin was clean and spacious, the grounds were lovely and it was such a nice getaway from the city. We came for a wedding and the Perch was an easy walk to the wedding venue. The cabin is as advertised and you really feel like you are away from it all! Communication through VRBO was a little slow, but direct texting with the property manager was very responsive. They were very accommodating of us, and would love to return!"
