"Very lovely remote cabin in the woods. We were there because of the fall colors and photographing waterfalls. We were about 9 miles to the nearest town, Mellen, WI. "Our small group enjoyed the accommodations. It's clean and quiet and comfy. We aren't into the typical "north woods" themes so we chose the Powerhouse for its more urban feel. We were able to walk to the coffee shop and restaurants and the brewery and we were still close to Lake Superior. We also enjoyed the hot tub and rooftop patio. Can't wait to go back!"

"This was a perfect place to stay with our children for a ski trip. The apartment was very clean, well maintained, and had a nice amount of space to spread out. Parking was very easy right behind the building, and it's in a walkable area of the downtown. We will definitely come back next winter!"

"This home was very large and spacious for my family to stay for a wedding in the area. The beds were comfy and each room had a fan and air conditioning. It was easy for each of us to access the property with the door code so we didn't each need a key to get in. The host responded to my inquiries in a very timely manner.
