"This group was made up of 7th-12th graders from our classical Christian school (and adults). Our school has a house system and has an ongoing competition, and this group of boys won! This house was selected for their retreat, and they thoroughly enjoyed the house and their time up north. The chaperones said the homeowners were easy to contact regarding access and if anything came up. Thank you for a great retreat! We would highly recommend this home for any large or small groups!!"

"My husband and I stayed at Heidis place while visiting GR for an appointment. The carriage house was perfect for one night. Clean space, beautiful location and easy check-in. The pool looked inviting, but we were too busy to jump in. There is a fenced area near the pool that kept the backyard seperate from the space you're in which was nice since we had our pups with us. -Just a heads up to future guests: the Keurig was there but no coffee pods only tea pods, and there were no paper towels. "We really liked this rental. We came on a Saturday and it was pretty busy with the neighbors but things calmed down over the week which was nice. The screened porch was great and we used it a lot. One thing to be aware of which is not a criticism it's just how it is, that the swimming platform in front of the property is not owned by the property (it's been upgraded from the pictures in the listing and there are two diving boards on it and it's really nice). "The location on the river is amazing. Even better than we expected. Pricing is on point. We found it very relaxing in the mornings to sit out front and have a coffee. In the afternoons it was fun to swim and watch the boats go by. We did some fishing and caught some bluegill and perch.The host were very friendly and had great communication. I would give the hosts & rental 10 stars if I could but it only allows me to give 5!"

"This vacation rental was one of the best we’ve ever stayed in. Check-in was a breeze and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of beds and bathrooms for the 13 of us. The pontoon boat, paddle boards and seadoo were a huge hit with everyone. Our evening sunset cruisers were the perfect way to relax and end each day. The owner was just a text away, and responded immediately to any questions we had. We would rent this house again...

"We enjoyed all the amenities and there are a lot of them. From the pool to the ping pong and pool tables. There is plenty to do. We had so much fun. The fire pit is the best we have used at a rental. The yard is spacious with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the sun. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed. We would recommend this house to anyone looking for a great vacation. "

"Check-in was a breeze, finding the cottage was easy, and it had everything we needed for our long weekend stay! Toiletries were provided, the kitchen was fully stocked, and they had everything you could need to stay busy...games, cornhole boards, hammock, grill, etc. We brought our own boat and kayaks, but they also had them available to rent. "I cannot say enough great things about our stay. The property owner was amazing and so was the house. So comfortable for our large group. We felt secluded and did not have to worry about bothering neighbors. We had a rehearsal dinner there and hosted a large overnight group there after the wedding. It was so fun. "
