Historic cemetery on the remote Atsena Otie Key. You can only get to the island by boat (or kayak as I did this day). No longer inhabited by humans, this tiny island offers secluded beaches, short hiking trails and a wonderful paddle.
How to have a sugar white #beach all to yourself...Step One go to Cedar Key Florida. Step Two: kayak out to Atsena Otie Key while dolphins play all around you (they have reasonably priced rentals in Cedar Key). Step Three: park your kayaks at the island, relax and enjoy. Life is Good. Optional: bring along some friends, dogs and have a picnic.
