"This property has been given a makeover, so it is bright, fresh and clean. The location is perfect. This is a first floor condo, gulf-facing. The owner was awesome to work with on the few questions I had during our stay. Kayaks were great. We very much enjoyed our stay."

"This unit in particular has great views because it’s a corner which allows nice sunny view views of the water where you can see dolphins playing. The company has done a good job renovating after the horrible hurricane sometime ago and you will feel comfortable and happy with this pretty condo!! Location is great being not too close from the road and yet close enough for a quick walk over to have some great meals I definitely recommend this location and Pelican Realty!"

"Our 1st visit to Cedar Key. We fell completely in love with the area. We will definitely be back. The condo was exactly as described and perfect for us. The only thing I feel could be improved is the coffee pot, being a coffee drinker I’m particular and the one there is messy. Sitting on the deck watching the tide go in and out is a must. "Modern condo in a small quaint historical boating/fishing town. Close to restaurants, shopping & marina. Quiet & comfortable. Nice small touch - black washcloth to remove makeup. Good instructions to access; might want to also add instructions to lock up. Easy come & go with the assigned parking spot. Walk-in shower was great option for my disabled husband."
