"We had the best time at Matthew’s property! We had 3 families staying (one with 2 younger kids) and having separate bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect for us. Check in was super simple and we didn’t have any issues. The house was super clean and the amenities were excellent - the hand soap smelled so good; we loved that he provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each of the bathrooms; towels were also provided, both for showers and the beach. "Very easy check in with any questions addressed immediately by owner. We adapted as needed with no problems. Convenient, modern appliances in spacious kitchen. (Needs a coffee grinder but that’s it!) Loved double oven and multi-burner gas cooktop. Propane grill on patio dining area was a great addition for feeding our large family. Great for multiple cooks."

"We had an amazing stay at this house in Cedar! The house was a dream - well-stocked kitchen, beautiful rooms, an idyllic setting. We cooked dinner here with our family of 8 every night and had everything we needed. The house is also centrally located so it’s easy to get anywhere you want - wineries on Traverse City Peninsula, Sleeping Bear Dunes, wonderful beaches, etc. We loved our stay & would return here in a heartbeat!"
