"Everything was perfect! The host was responsive to our questions and helpful in providing spices, ice and directions to the property. The beds were comfortable as were the living room and dining room furniture. There were books for reading and puzzles for working. The yard was fenced for our small dog and the decor was great. We definitely will return again when our travels bring us to the area. Highly recommend."

"We enjoyed our stay in this cute property off Spain road in the NE part of ABQ. The house has high ceilings, is very clean, and has nice touches throughout. The two bedrooms were comfortable and the two bathrooms clean with everything needed, including a few extras. The living room has a lot of natural light, is comfortable, spacious, and nice. It opens to the back yard, which we used in the evening and it was pleasant to sit outside. There are several sitting places in the backyard: one...

"Property was very nice. Greeted personally by a property manager to review the house which was a nice touch. Well equipped and had lots to offer. The only thing was that the family room was "sunken" and required the use of 4-5 steps to get to the kitchen, game room and bedrooms. Not an issue for most but there were a few over 70 who were not fans of the steps. Other than that, house was very nice and property manager was very responsive - went above and beyond to ensure we immediately had...

"This is a great property and a great place to stay! When booking though realize that communication with this host is done through vrbo. You can book on expdia, but just realize that you have to create a vrbo account to get any communication about this particular property. The pool is excellent, well kept, and clean. That said, you can NOT check in early. They only allow check in AFTER 4 PM. SO DON'T bother to show up early. I hope this helps others when they book a stay here. The...

"Best experience yet at a VRBO property!Luke made sure everything was in tip top shape, and the decor and layout was fun and functional!Beautiful landscaping and the nearby trail system were a big bonus!!"

"Host was very responsive to all of our. Reds and questions. The place was very nice, clean and lots of comforts of home. We we comfortable and enjoyed our stay immensely. Safe and great location relative to our interests like the tram, Santa Fe and the beautiful Sandia and Santa Anna Casinos."

"Everything about this place is great. It’s cozy, and rural, but still close enough to Albuquerque to pop into town and visit friends or shop. It is truly adorable, and has very comfortable beds and sofas. So relaxing listening to birds in the morning or storms at night. Very clean and nicely set up. The parking pad in the back is very nice too (no walking through dirt or mud!)"

The hosts were very helpful and responsive. The back garden is lovely - but careful when the timer turns the sprinklers on as that attracts many mosquitoes "
