"10/10! This place was clean and easy to find with the provided instructions. Parking was a little tough as the alleyway wasn’t very visible (we came in at 11:30pm) however once we found the painted numbers in the lot we were great! Walkable, convenient and a decent space for what we needed. If you are a light sleeper, this is near the train and it does run frequently. "

"We had a great stay! The VRBO was incredibly well stocked! Ice machine was a plus. It was a very quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed sitting outside in the evening. The water feature was lovely. Communication and access were both excellent. The only thing to be aware of is that the oven is not a traditional but a microwave/convection/bake counter top style. We did use the 2-burner hot plate and the electric grill! We would definitely stay again!"

"The property is very nice, in a safe and quiet neighborhood a half a block from a beautiful park and the Ruth Bascom Trail. We brought our bikes with us so the location was a big perk for us.The living and dining furnishings are comfortable and kitchen amenities are accommodating. The host, April, is quick to respond to inquiries and any issues. "

"This was a great spot to stay when we came for my son's freshman orientation at the UO. It was very clean, super cute decor, and great parking right on site. The location is great as well. "This house was perfect for us and met all my criteria. It was spotless and could not have been any cleaner! Andre and Christina were very welcoming and personable hosts. Andre went out of his way to make special accommodations for us. He answered my inquiries promptly. The house contained everything you could possibly need. It was quiet and in a great location close to restaurants and close to Eugene. The bed was super comfortable and we slept well. There were plenty of soft and fluffy towels....
