"The hotel was super Convenient for close things such as the zoo and downtown access. The grounds were clean and looked new. The staff was really nice and helped when needed. The breakfast was ok however it’s free and you can’t beat that! If I had to complain about anything it would be that I got a dog tick on me on my leg. "No place was very clean.Staff was very nice.Didn't like the fact that I paid for parking?And then when I came back about eleven o'clock eleven fifteen at night , there was no parking for me in any of the garages , or in the parking lot behind. You think if you were gonna charge people per slot fifteen dollars , you would make sure that you didn't oversell the parking lot outside of that everything was great"

"We stayed here Friday-Monday. We had no hot water until Monday.The hotel said it was due to them being booked at capacity for the past 3 weeks and to reach out to Expedia. Expedia took way too long to respond on chat and I really just wanted to enjoy my vacation. If you decide to stay just call to see if they will have hot water."

"Missing the log and lily pad in the pool area, that is half the attractions of the pool which is the only reason we booked in the first place. Staff was openly arguing in the breakfast area during breakfast. Lots of staff and other guests smoking cigarettes..etc.. in front of the entrance. Room was decent but needed cleaned around the toilet and lots of cords and extension cords hanging around the tv area that we had to keep our toddler from grabbing the entire stay."

"The room did not have a phone in it..complete surprise. Have never had that happen before. Also the TV needed to be reset but front desk did it right away. Breakfast was good. Request to have a room on back side of hotel. Quieter."
