Our property features a private walking trail where you can enjoy the beauty of the Texas countryside. Feel free to explore at your own pace, take in the fresh air, and spot local wildlife. However, please note that the trail is natural and may have uneven terrain, rocks, or wildlife. We encourage guests to be mindful of their surroundings and explore at their own risk.

Toys and games are supplied for yours and/or your child(rens) enjoyment. All children must be supervised at ALL TIMES. Parents are responsible for their safety and for any injuries or damage that they may incur or cause.

Cleaning & Care
Our property is thoroughly cleaned and inspected before and after your stay. To help our cleaning crew, please rinse recyclables and separate them from regular trash, as required by city ordinance. Excessive mess, unsorted trash, or additional cleaning needs (starting at $100+) may incur extra fees.

Please be aware that wildlife, including racoons, rabbits, dogs, and occasionally snakes/scorpions may visit the property. Stick to pathways and driveways when outside, especially with children, and keep doors and windows closed unless in an emergency.

Check-Out Reminder
Check-out is at 11 AM. Late check-out may incur fees and towing at your expense. Our cleaning team needs ample time to prepare for the next guests. Thank you for your cooperation and enjoy your stay!

The other homes along the street are also owned by us. There is a maintenance person who works in the area, so you can feel secure knowing there’s someone nearby if needed. The property is in a peaceful, rural area, and we want to ensure your comfort and safety during your stay.
Please note you will be subjected to an additional fee of $150 if house rules are not followed properly or more if there are any damages to the property or if there is anything missing from the property.

Please ensure the number of guests on your reservation reflects those staying overnight in the home. If you’d like to have visitors or need to adjust the guest count, just reach out to let us know in advance. Unapproved additional guests may result in extra charges.

No shoes inside the house. They can be kept at the door. If there are signs of shoes being worn indoors (e.g., excessive dirt, scuff marks), an additional fee may apply.

Sliding Barn Door in Master Bedroom: Please close the sliding doors gently. Do not slam because it can go off track.

No pets allowed.

Thermostat Use: For comfort and energy efficiency, please keep the A/C no lower than 68 degrees and Heat no higher than 80 degrees. To ensure the home stays cool/warm and the system runs efficiently, please keep all doors and windows closed. Let us know if you need help adjusting it.

No smoking of any kind allowed indoors.
You may smoke outside. Please be respectful and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Use an ashtray or designated container.

We allow small gatherings or events, but they must be approved in advance. Loud parties, excessive noise, and disruptive behavior are not permitted.

The side door (next to the carport) which leads to the pantry will both remain locked at all times and is used for host storage. Please use the front door with keypad to access home.

There is a green waste management dumpster if you choose to throw trash there. It is near the first house right when you turn into the property entrance. Do not leave trash outside, there are animals that may get into it. You may also leave it inside the house for cleaner or put in the dumpster.
