"The hotel is quite old and rustic, but it serves its purpose of being close to Kolob Canyons/Zion NP. The check-in/out service was excellent, as was the included breakfast."

"Very clean and spacious. Only issue was the ac cycling off several times during the night, making it a bit warm and uncomfortable."

"The room is clean. And the breakfast area is clean. The hotel is just a little on the older side. So while it’s old, it’s clean. It was a great place to stay and a great price point. Our family of 4 stayed in a room with three queens. That was really nice to have three beds…Even if they were a little cramped. We were able to walk to the Shakespeare festival. Walking home after 10 PM at night felt safe. No problem with that at all. the breakfast was OK. I have celiac so I didn’t eat there."

"We stayed in the Rosalind Room which has its own private balcony. The room is comfortable and well-appointed. Slightly snug for two adults but we anticipated that given that it’s a bed & breakfast. It’s walking distance from the theaters for the Utah Shakespeare Festival which is why we were in town. Ideal. The breakfast was good and the coffee plentiful."
