"There seem to be some kind of a quarrel between housekeeping and front desk staff which they took out on me by giving me the runaround about when my room would be ready the housekeeping said it was ready I would go to the front desk to check in and they would say it wasn't ready. The front desk person was unprofessional and a detriment to the operation of this hotel. "We’ve stayed at this property off and on over the years. Once upon a time, we’d rather stay at a SpringHill than any other, but quality has diminished over the years and there are other choices that remind us of the “way it used to be.” That said, it’s fine. One of the cheapening changes is the continental breakfast. I don’t know how they can make eggs and sausage so undesirable, but they’ve done it! "

"In one was on property. We have to call a phone number they left on a note to get us checked in. The heater in the room very noisy. I dont know how to adjust it. And there is no one on property to talk to . It is just a messy situation. We haven’t slept well. For breakfast, no coffee ( thermo there but it is empty !!) again , no one there to help. It was a bad experience for us. I do believe if someone was there, probably the experience would be much better. Very disproportionated ! "

"I love the campfire area and I always dine in the Chinese Restaurant next to the hotel, Excellent food. I also love the garden beds. When I explored The Cedar Breaks many years ago, I stayed at this hotel. Its a convenient drive to Brian Head. This is the hotel of my choice evertime I'm in Cedar City."
