They were always available and responded to any questions that we had. I would absolutely stay here again. We rented the majority of the homes on the property and everyone was happy with their stay. "The place is unacceptable. This is the first time Hotels.com has misled me. The photos are fakes or were made so long ago they are essentially fakes. We had two rooms. One had spiders finishing webs in the bathroom doorway and a heating unit that was smashed in and covered with tape and plaster.
