Here your family will spend their holidays a stone\'s throw from the large common swimming pool with a large pool dedicated to our younger guests.





The garden is fenced and consists of a patio of about 20 square meters and a porch of 15 square meters; it is equipped with a barbecue, a table and chairs for outdoor use, two sun loungers, and a hammock to enjoy hours of relaxation.





The house is on two levels for a total of approx. 40 sqm.


Ground floor: living room with kitchenette equipped with dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator with small freezer, single bed with cushions for sofa use and pull-out bed. Bathroom with shower without window.


First-floor: double bedroom with the possibility of one extra bed. Bathroom with shower and window. Safety gate to the ladder for the safety of children.





The accommodation is equipped with satellite TV; the air conditioner can be used with a supplement to be paid for on-site.
