Pre-Check-In Instructions:

A. Guest Registration
The condominium association requires all guests to be registered. Kindly message host right away the following details the soonest:

1. First and last names of each guest (as they appear on your ID).
2. Estimated time of arrival at the building
3. Local mobile number or whatsapp number (if available)

I will register everyone in the Filinvest Guest Registration System.


B. Check-In Options
You can choose one of the following:

1. Self-Check-In: We’ll provide the key box code and instructions few days before check-in day.
2. Assisted Check-In: Available from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. We will meet you at the gate based on your advised arrival time.

Please note:
-Early check-ins before 2:00 PM are subject to availability and may have charges depending on arrangement, timing of notifications and how early it will be.
-late assisted check-ins after 7 PM may incur additional charges.
-Please make sure the list of guests is final before submission. Any additional guests added within 48 hours before arrival or during the stay will require a separate service request number and will be charged ₱220. ***My unit is a cozy, quaint home with basic amenities. While it’s not a hotel, I’ve tried to make it as comfortable as possible. We do not provide 24 hrs concierge services. Some requests will not be available immediately or not at all.
