"Great customer service. Communicate through what apps is quick. Smooth transferring assist for arrival and departure. Boat service into town is fast. Beautiful location and beautiful room. gorgeous view from water front second story 😊"

"Check in and getting the key was a big issue. Key was not in the lock box. Lady went back to find out where it was. Almost 20 minutes found out maintenance person took it with him. Then she went back to get the side sliding door key. That took a while. Even she had a hard time trying to show us how to lock and unlock it. Not enough light on that side and not a very secure door. Not a good feeling with all our stuff in the room. Given we were there for only one night we wasted a lot of time...

"I cannot stress enough the overall experience that came with staying at this property. We were met at the gate with chilled towels, which are so nice to help cool down from the heat of Belize. They helped us get our luggage to our room. The rooms were beautiful! Bottled water in our room and then other snacks and beverages for purchase in the fridge. We were not able to get our phones to work to order food in, and the manager was more than happy to help us place our order. We did not go in...
