First Floor: Two 1-bedroom units, each with its own private entrance and fully equipped kitchen—ideal for couples or smaller family pods within your group. Each unit features a king bed with a sofa bed in the living room.
Second Floor Penthouse: A spacious 4-bedroom unit with its own large living area and full kitchen, offering sweeping views and room for everyone to gather. Featuring 6 beds (2 Single, 2 Queen, 2 king beds and a sofa bed in the living room)
Additionally, there's a studio room with a kitchenette for extra convenience.

The area features comfortable hammocks—ideal for enjoying a quiet moment with a book or a glass of wine while the island breeze passes through. You'll also find an outdoor shower, a picnic table for casual meals, and a private beach area furnished with beach chairs, perfect for soaking in the ocean views.
Guests are welcome to fish off the dock, but please note: swimming is not allowed in this area due to occasional crocodile sightings in Caye Caulker. For swimming, we recommend the South Split, which is easily accessible and offers a safe, enjoyable beach experience.
For adventure lovers, we provide four complimentary double-seater kayaks, shared among the units—perfect for a day of exploring the island by sea.

As we do not have a physical office, it’s important that guests share their estimated arrival time in advance to ensure a smooth check-in. Arrival Time Required: Please inform us of your expected arrival time prior to travel. If you’re unsure, just reach out using the contact details provided in your confirmation email. Drinking Water: We provide complimentary drinking water throughout your stay for your comfort and convenience. Getting to the Northside Ferries: There are three ferry services operating between the main village and the Northside from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., with later hours during high season. Cost: $2.50 USD per person, each way.
