"This was a lovely retreat up in the mountains on the winding road to Spruce Knob. We enjoyed the grill and fire-pit very much! We were a little confused about the inverter for power which was off when we first arrived. "A beautiful piece of heaven! I can't say enough about this place. The property was stunning, the cabin was perfect, and the owners were absolutely wonderful. A rolling creek, thunderstorms on the covered porch, bonfire under the stars, visits from wildlife, laughing at the battling hummingbirds, and hot tub soaks made for a weekend to remember. A hidden gem that we can't wait to get back to! Pat and Valerie have created a magical place and we are beyond blessed to have experienced it. "

"This house is everything it says it is. Out of the way but a great place to get together with friends and family to make new memories. It rained one of the days we’re there but that was fine because there was so much room and things provided in the house that we didn’t even notice! Management was excellent"

"My wife and I had an enjoyable 4 night anniversary stay at this little cabin. The drive back the lane made it feel away from the world but it was still only a couple miles from the quaint town of Franklin WV. "My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was beyond perfect. The hosts were incredibly communicative and made sure we knew where we were going, were well prepared for the area, and they made the entire experience amazing. The property was clean, beautiful, and nestled in the mountian, exactly what we wanted! I cannot think of anything but praise to say about the cabin and the hosts."

"We were four friends meeting near Seneca Rocks. This house provided us with nice common areas both inside and outside. We each had our own bedroom. The kitchen is also nice and everything was well maintained. Would recommend to anyone considering visiting this area."

"Booked our cabin for an early Mother's Day getaway. The property is fantastic, with just the right amount of seclusion and wonderful rustic charm. We spent our Saturday climbing the Via Ferrata and up to the Seneca Rocks overlook, coming back to the hot tub was a great way to end the day! Highly recommend Spruce Mountain cabins and we'll definitely book again!"
