"Very nice overall. Clean but not so new that you felt uncomfortable to relax there. The kitchen is well appointed. The layout is comfortable and the backyard is gorgeous. The only two comments I would add would be that the signage is confusing on the AC because it says not to adjust the thermostat but after contacting the owner he said it could be adjusted down from 82 degrees so thank goodness for that. The carpets in the bedrooms have a lot of stains and could use an update. Otherwise we...

"Excellent Scottsdale condo overlooking a beautiful lake and majestic views of Camelback Mountain and epic sunsets! Spacious cozy bedrooms and great TV room and open kitchen. The outdoor patio garden is a gem, with a lovely water feature and cozy furniture. Close to everything in Scottsdale, 101, ASU and more. Highly recommended. Would love to stay here again over and over. Good communication and responsiveness. Covered parking for 3 cars too keeping the car in the shade is also a plus! "

"We had a perfect stay here. The property was truly stunning. It is a split level, which was little interesting for the layout, but it was great. We utilized every bedroom. We had 5 couples and 1 adult with 2 grown daughters, which worked out great for the room with 3 beds (Minnie mouse bed is in this room). We did not end up getting into the pool, but it would have been a comfortable temperature without heating it in mid April. But we still enjoyed sitting out by the pool. All of the towels...
