This villa is located on a private estate near La Croix-Valmer, in a quiet and green environment. The views are breathtaking: from the Corniche des Maures to the sea view towards Cap Lardier. You can stay here comfortably with your family or friends. The 2 levels of the house are connected by an outside staircase. The living rooms and 2 of the bedrooms are on the terrace level. The other bedrooms are on the garden level. On the terrace level is the summer lounge on the large open terrace with built-in barbecue. The dining room also opens onto the terrace, perfect for sharing meals with the table for 12 guests (integrated extensions). The kitchen has been renovated in 2020, all the equipment is recent (induction hob, oven, double door large capacity fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, toaster). In the living room you will find a fireplace and television as well as a Yamaha Clavinova piano. You will find board games, some toys for the children, books... Of course WiFi is available. On this floor there is also a bedroom with a double bed, the room opens onto the terrace and has a double bed 160x200cm, as well as a safe. The second bedroom on this level has a double bed 160x200cm which can be separated into 2x80x200cm. The bathroom has a bathtub and a shower, the toilet is independent. On the garden and pool level there is a bedroom with a double bed 160x200cm which can be separated into 2x80x200cm. A second room with a dormitory can accommodate 6 people with 6 beds 80x200cm (4 bunk beds 2 individual). The bathroom has a bath and a shower. The toilet is independent. Information - Animals: Not allowed This accommodation can only be rented for recreational purposes. Unless otherwise stated, you should arrive between 12:00 and 16:00 and leave before 10:00. After completing your reservation, you will receive your travel documents and all the necessary information for your stay. Due to the quietness of this house, no rentals are granted to youth groups. Reservations for groups under 30 years of age are not accepted. Student parties, bachelor/girlfriend parties or other such parties are not allowed in this house. A security deposit of EUR 350,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
