It has its own entrance and a private parking space.

The unit features a living/dining room with a new fitted kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a separate toilet.

The amenities are very comprehensive, including a dishwasher, kitchenware, and a washing machine.

The large, south-facing sun terrace offers breathtaking views.

Here you can enjoy magnificent sunsets.

The terrace is covered and also features a parasol and a side windbreak.

It's a comfortable place to relax even on cooler or windy days.

Adjacent to the terrace is a small, private garden.

The spacious swimming pool area is open from May 1st to September 30th.

The well-maintained complex is gated and accessible only with an access code.

As an added bonus, there is a large pétanque court and a ping-pong table in the pool area.
