It is located in a small complex of townhouses with a large shared pool and a ping-pong table.

It’s the perfect base for enjoying the seaside resort of Cavalaire in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, with its beaches and entertainment.

It is a through-house and opens onto two terraces, one facing the garden and the other facing the pool. It is very well-equipped, clean, and functional.

🚭No smoking inside the house. We have a zero-tolerance policy on this matter. If we find even the slightest trace or residue (odor, burn marks, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fine of at least €300.

🚫No parties or gatherings to maintain the peace and quiet of the property

🏠Guests have access to the entire property. The house is on one level but is not accessible to people with limited mobility.

You are required to occupy the premises personally, to respect them, and to maintain them

You are required to ensure that the peace and quiet of the neighborhood is not disturbed by you or your family

➡️End-of-stay cleaning is included, but we ask the guest to leave the house clean and tidy, dishes washed, and the dishwasher emptied

🏖️The pool is part of the residence and is shared with the residents. It is open from May through September from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
