On the top floor: a large living area with French doors and a south-facing balcony; a kitchenette with a dishwasher, a countertop freezer, two countertop refrigerators, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker, Tassimo coffee maker, electric kettle, raclette machine, fondue set, electric steamer, immersion blender, induction cooktop, pyrolytic oven, cookware, dishes, and silverware, bookshelf, board games, children’s table and chair, living area with sofa (non-convertible), coffee table, TV stand, and television.
