In the heart of Brittany, this charming, brand-new chalet offers great comfort for four people. Located at the foot of Lake Guerlédan, in a peaceful and relaxing environment, it will delight you for a weekend or a longer stay with family, friends, or as a couple.



Enjoy the beautiful landscape surrounding this accommodation, nestled in over 3,000 hectares of greenery, near the largest lake in Brittany, on the border between Morbihan and Côtes-d’Armor.



The 50 m² chalet is fully equipped. It features an open living area with dining table for four and a high chair, a lounge area with television, and a fully equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms: one with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower, and another with a double bed (140x190) and its own bathroom with shower. You therefore have two bathrooms at your disposal.



A lovely south-facing terrace lets you enjoy your meals while admiring a partial view of the lake and the surrounding scenery.



Practical information:

- You must clean the chalet yourselves; all necessary equipment will be provided on site.

- Bed linen and towels are not included. Please remember to bring sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, and towels. If needed, a linen rental service is available for an extra fee.



The Guerlédan residential estate is quiet, secure, and well maintained. Only 50 metres away, you will find places to eat and many nearby activities, such as swimming, hiking, cycling, and other outdoor pursuits.
