The apartment features two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with twin beds), a living room with a sleeper sofa, a kitchen, a full bathroom, and a balcony with a sea view. All rooms are equipped with modern amenities such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and appliances.

Guests have access to a shared pool with a reserved spot, as well as private parking. The pool is open from May 15 to October 30.
