Everything is picture perfect.the shower was soo nice great pressure.right in t he heart of the art district, fantastic resturants and quirky shops all within walking distance, how could you go wrong the price was also good, in our budget. Hiking trails near by good parks too."

"The sink was slow draining. The shower was too hot and when you tried to adjust it by turning it towards the cold, the water just trickled out and it was still too hot! The floor was so dirty my feet were black and had to be washed from walking across it. The staff was nice. The breakfast was fine: waffles, frozen Jimmy Dean egg sausage, cheese croissants, cereal, toast, bagels. "

"I freaked OUT over the general amount of filth and the amount of mold in the bathroom!! I never even put my things down. I took out my phone to take pictures of everything, then literally booked it out of there!! It’s no wonder they don’t show the bathrooms up close in the photos. "The property is in midst of renovations that were nearly completed during our stay. They did an excellent job and the hotel is a great place to stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking available all over the property."
