The Space:

Welcome to Twin Pines Lodge, a newly built Catskills getaway thoughtfully designed for families and groups to relax, gather, and enjoy time together.



Start your morning with coffee by the electric fireplace while taking in the wooded views through the oversized windows, or unwind outside with an afternoon cocktail overlooking the spacious, tree-lined yard.

Whether you're visiting for hiking, skiing, exploring the Catskills, or simply spending a relaxing weekend away, Twin Pines Retreat offers a comfortable home base for your stay.



Living & Dining



The open-concept living area is designed for gathering. Settle into the sofas by the electric fireplace, take in the wooded views through the large picture windows, or stream your favorite shows, movies, and sporting events on the Smart TV using your own streaming accounts.

The living room flows directly into the kitchen and dining area, creating an inviting space for everyone to spend time together. A spacious kitchen island provides additional seating, while the dining table offers plenty of room for group meals.



Sleeping Arrangements



Twin Pines Lodge comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms:

* 1 King Bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom

* 2 Queen Bedrooms

* 1 Bunk Bedroom

Each bedroom features a Casper mattress, quality linens, closet space, and individual climate control, allowing guests to adjust the temperature to their preference. Each bedroom is also equipped with a Smart TV for streaming from your own accounts.



The Kitchen



The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay, whether you're preparing breakfast before a day of exploring or cooking dinner for the group.

The kitchen features new appliances, generous counter space, a large island with seating, cookware, pots and pans, cooking utensils, dinnerware, glassware, serving pieces, and basic spices. A coffee maker is also provided-just bring your favorite coffee.

A dishwasher makes cleanup easy, so you can spend less time in the kitchen and more time enjoying your stay.



Bathrooms



Twin Pines Lodge features 2.5 bathrooms.

The King Bedroom includes a private en-suite bathroom with a large soaking tub, ideal for unwinding after a day in the Catskills. The second full bathroom features a rain shower, while the additional half bathroom provides extra convenience for larger



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire home, including the deck, garage with guest parking, fire pit, and outdoor seating areas throughout the property.



The Neighborhood:

Twin Pines Lodge puts you in a great location for exploring both the Hudson Valley and the Catskills.

Spend the day hiking to waterfalls and scenic overlooks, exploring historic sites, or cross the Hudson River for an afternoon of restaurants, galleries, antique shops, and boutiques in Hudson, NY.



Hudson & Warren Street

Head into Hudson for one of the area's best dining, shopping, and arts scenes. Stroll Warren Street for independent boutiques, antique shops, galleries, cafés, and bars before staying for dinner.

For dining, Hudson has become a destination in its own right. Local favorites include Cafe Mutton, which is particularly well known for brunch, and other acclaimed restaurants throughout downtown. Current guides also recommend Feast & Floret for Italian-inspired dining and Wm. Farmer & Sons for dinner and cocktails.





Art, History & Scenic Views

Visit Thomas Cole National Historic Site right here in Catskill, the former home and studio of the founder of the Hudson River School of painting. Across the river, Olana State Historic Site offers 250 acres of landscape, walking paths, architecture, and sweeping Hudson Valley.



For a longer outing, the Hudson River Skywalk connects the Thomas Cole Site and Olana via the Rip Van Winkle Bridge, with views of the Hudson River and Catskill Mountains along the way.





Outdoor Adventures



Explore some of the Catskills' best-known scenery, including Kaaterskill Falls, Viewing Platform, or enjoy an easier nature outing at RamsHorn-Livingston Audubon Sanctuary in Catskill.



Eat & Drink Locally

You don't have to cross the river for a good meal. Catskill has a growing downtown food and drink scene, including Phos My Greek American Kitchen and Subversive Malting & Brewing. The Thomas Cole National Historic Site itself highlights Catskill's Main Street restaurants, shops, galleries, river activities, and surrounding nature as part of a visit to the area

Nearest train station: Hudson – 21min drive from the house location.



Nearest bus stop: RS Malden TRVL Plz – 27min drive from the house location.



There are Ubers that operate in Cairo NY: Lyft, Uber Connect, Lyft XL, Uber UBERX, and Uber Pet.



Other Things to Note:

CHECK IN

The check-in will be contactless and keyless. Before you arrive, we will send you the code to the door lock.



PARKING

Please feel free to utilize the entire driveway for your vehicles throughout the length of your stay - it can hold up to 9 cars. Note that we are not responsible for personal items left in your car.



HOUSE ACCESS

The entire house is yours for the length of your stay. Feel free to enjoy the private deck, fire pit and seating areas around the yard.



OUTSIDE GUESTS

If you'd like to add an additional guest to the booking, please be sure to add them to the reservation or reach out to Stay at Lina team if your stay has already begun. We can typically accommodate up to the max number of guests noted on the original listing and no more. We cannot offer customer service for extra people who don’t have an official reservation through the platform, and any liability waivers won’t apply. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS



SECURITY

Stepping out of the house? Keep your belongings safe and secure by remembering to close and lock all the doors and windows before leaving the property.



CHECK OUT

Our check-out time is at 11:00 AM. Please make sure to do the dishes (it’s ok to place the remaining dishes in the dishwasher and start the cycle), take the trash out and close the door before leaving. Don’t forget to do a final walk thru of the house to make sure you haven’t left behind any personal items.



RECYCLING

Guests can leave the recycling items on a separate bag in the house. Cleaning team will take care of it after guests leave.



ITEMS LEFT BEHIND

Please note that we are not responsible for any items left behind. Lina will make every effort to search and find your forgotten items after you check out but we do not guarantee if they can be found.



FRIENDS OF MOTHER NATURE

Please note that we are located in the countryside, surrounded by trees and foliage. Although we have regularly scheduled pest control services in and around the home and yard, you are still likely to see a few insects or other living beings from Mother Nature. We ask that you do your best to keep outside doors closed as much as possible to limit the amount of outdoor creatures from sneaking in.



PETS

We love pets and allow them in our houses, but please let us know if your are bringing your furry friend(s) along. Please understand that all of our furniture and decor is new and pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds. You will be responsible for any visible wear or damage your pets may cause. The maximum number of pets we allow is two.



REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE

We cannot guarantee against mechanical failure of heating, air conditioning, appliances, TVs/media equipment, stereo equipment or pools/spas. Please report any inoperative equipment to us promptly. We will make every reasonable effort to have repairs done quickly and efficiently. If you demonstrate that the problem persists after being given phone instructions by our team, a maintenance service professional may be dispatched. NO REFUNDS OR RENT REDUCTIONS WILL BE MADE DUE TO MECHANICAL FAILURES OR MALFUNCTIONS, INTERRUPTIONS OF UTILITIES, MAINTENANCE PROBLEMS OR CONSTRUCTION IN THE AREA. WHILE LINA WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO REPAIR ANY MAINTENANCE ISSUE IN A TIMELY MANNER, IT CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT THE ISSUE WILL BE FIXED DURING A GUEST STAY, AS THE COMPANY MAY HAVE TO GO THROUGH HOME WARRANTIES. Lina will always look for alternative solutions to ensure and prioritize guest comfort.



Interaction with Guests:

The check-in will be contact-less. Before your arrival, you will be given the code to access the house. If you have any questions or issues during your stay, please message us through the booking channel.
