"Primeiramente gostaria de comentar sobre a falta de respeito da senhorita Júlia recepcionista do Hotel, acredito que esteja na profissão errada ou teve um dia péssimo, durante toda nossa estadia o ELEVADOR ficou quebrado sem uso e as escadas são pessimas , além de não oferecerem ajuda com as malas. Sobre o quarto não tem frigobar o que é bem ruim, mas o quarto estava limpo e o Wi-Fi é bom."
