"The apartment is beautifully renovated and our host was lovely. It's also right across from a large shopping mall with a food court, and the main tourist areas are within walking distance. We didn't need a taxi for anything once we arrived at the hotel. "

"We loved our stay at the Ornament Hotel in Sarajevo. The hotel is small, but it was perfectly fine for two nights in the city. It has a great location and it is an easy walk to wherever you would want to go. The room was small, but had a balcony looking over the Latin Bridge and the river. The hotel has two parking spots (first come, first serve) and we were lucky enough to get one. Otherwise, there is public parking a short walk away

The location is only 5 minutes walk from the City Hall and river. Don’t be put off by the hill as it is very quick to get down and worth it in the evening for the views. There’s an excellent restaurant at the base called Inat Kuca. "

However, I did not understand why I had to pay for a washing machine token that I did not use and returned, even though the amount was not significant and it was very uncomfortable to have my debit card details copied into the system when I did the check out.
