"Very cute, unique Hotel which was just what my husband and I needed for our first downtown Boise Trip. Really enjoyed all aspects. Close to everything needed from excellent local restaurants and coffee shops to the neighborhood Davis Park. All within walking distance and felt safe and wonderful. Very walkable, didn't see any homeless people which was so unusual for us. (*What Portland/Seattle forgot they used to be, sadly) Weather was great so we couldn't have asked for anything better. "Great location for walking to nearby restaurants and entertain entertainment, like the movie theater and the jump. Very clean, comfortable rooms and helpful staff."

"The Hotel is excellent. The staff very nice. But they make a mistake and charge us the room in in the credit card again, being that we had paid the room through the Hoteis.com. We made a phone call and they found the error. But they have not sent so far the email of confirmation of the charge cancellation on the credit card as they had promised. We are still waiting."

"The room we were placed in next to a family with children who were running up and down all day and night. Despite many calls to the front desk for help they didn’t do anything about the situation. Given we spent over 500 dollars for what was supposed to be a relaxing get away turned into a terrible weaken leaving us exhausted due to lack of sleep."

"Fantastic location steps away from Ann Morrison Park and across the river from Julia Davis Park -- it's easy to get some exercise and do a little sightseeing right when you walk out the door. Good-sized rooms. Large parking lot. The best hotel breakfast in the smallest, most efficient space I've seen; the mix-in assortment for oatmeal is epic."

"This was without a doubt the worst experience I have ever had at any hotel. At first impression this place looks ruff, the kind of place that you lock your car and still get robbed. Paint peeling and lights flickering. At check in, they demand cash, and then refused to give me my change. Off to a bad start. When I got to my room I was I shock at the filth on the carpet, the cement walls that resemble a jail cell, but most of all from the blast of cigarette smoke that practically billowed out...

"Everything is good about this hotel. The river access is really nice. The only down side is the quality of breakfast, I was expecting a better complimentary breakfast from a hotel at this level. Coffee is great though."
