"The stay, food, and customer service were fantastic. Special thanks to Asinsala; she was fantastic, and when we extended our stay by another day, she helped us program our room keys so we didn't have to go to reception. I will high-key recommend this place to go and have a great experience"

"Its a sound enough hotel for the business traveler but otherwise pretty ordinary. It's in a shabby part of town with no local ameities or attractions worth the bother. The bar is dismal and the restaurant poor. The staff do a good job of making the best of the little they have to wotk with."

"Worst hotel in Colombo"

"Friendly and willing to help staff, best buffet breakfast"

"Really nice place to stay! The breakfast was amazing!!"

Wifi top!"

"Staff were nice but we're not very clear about instructions. They wanted to know as we were walking"

"We had 3 night stay in the hotel we always choose to stay in when in Colombo! It's always amazing our stay in a very big room with harbour view and with all the amenities we need to make our stay be the best each time we visit this frenetic city! The staff is always out of their way to reach our needs and always prompt to help . Definitely we'll stay here over and over again!!!The buffet breakfast is amazing with lots of choices, fruits, fresh fruit juices and local food, continental options....

"The room is very spacious, but a bit old. Overall the hotel is over 200 years, I think, so that’s alright. "

"Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms bathroom very dirty, mould everywhere, water flow very slow. No bar fridge, rooms are very small, bed 🛏️ were making squeeze noises. Not recommended"
